Hey fellow Rovers! 👋 Just spent the last couple of hours diving deep into the Rinascita region and finally wrapped up the ‘Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms’ exploration quest. Let me tell you, it’s a journey packed with action, puzzles, and some seriously cool rewards. If you’re looking to unlock the Shores of Last Breath and snag that sweet 40 Astrites plus a new trophy, this guide is for you. I’ll walk you through every step, just like I experienced it.
Triggering the Quest: Finding the Lumiscale Construct
The adventure begins in the southwest part of the Shores of Last Breath. I teleported to the Resonance Beacon there and headed northwest, following my intuition (and the map marker!). Soon enough, I stumbled upon some ancient ruins, and there it was—a mysterious Lumiscale Construct just lying on the ground.

Getting close and inspecting it triggered the quest and gave me my first three clear objectives:
-
✅ Complete charging the steles at the first altar.
-
✅ Complete charging the steles at the second altar.
-
✅ Complete charging the steles at the third altar.
Simple, right? Well, each altar comes with its own challenge and wave of Tacet Discords to fight. Time to gear up!
The Three Altar Challenges: A Trial of Skill and Patience
Altar #1: The Standing Guard
My first stop was the initial altar. After a brief bit of dialogue, I interacted with the device to start. The key here? You must stand on the altar platform to charge the stele while fighting. Stepping outside the glowing runes causes the energy to drain—fast! I kept a close eye on the charge rate bar on the left side of my screen below the map.

It was a tense fight, but holding my ground paid off. Completion rewarded me with my first Advanced Supply Chest (20 Astrites + 40 Monnaie). 🎁
Altar #2: Dance of the Vitreum Dancers
I opened the chest, summoned my trusty Wingray, and soared to the second location. This challenge had a new twist: dodging Vitreum Dancers. These annoying red lines sweep across the arena. They won’t knock you down, but they can push you out of the sacred charging zone! My strategy? Focus on the mobs, but the moment I saw a red line telegraphing its attack, I’d dodge roll at the last second. Timing is everything!

Another victory, another Advanced Supply Chest with the same awesome loot.
Altar #3: The Puzzle & The Storm
For the final altar, I Wingray’d over again. This one started with a neat little puzzle. Two of the stone pillars around the altar were disconnected. I had to find the right spot, angle my camera, and use the grapple to connect them. Once the circuit was complete, I could interact with the altar device.

The fight here was electrifying—literally! ⚡ Lightning strikes would target the ground, marked by red circles. My advice? Keep moving and avoid standing in the circles. Staying mobile while managing the enemy waves and keeping within the altar bounds was the ultimate test. Beating it granted the third and final Advanced Supply Chest.
The Chase is On! Pursuing the Lumiscale Construct
With all altars powered, the quest updated. I returned to the ruins where I first found the Lumiscale Construct, expecting answers… but got a fight instead! The dormant Tacet Discord awoke, and we battled. After I took down just over half its health, it fled. The chase was on!

I followed the quest marker, fighting scattered enemies along the way, pursuing it up the mountain. When I finally cornered it, a final duel commenced. Just as I was about to deliver the finishing blow… surprise! A massive dragon descended from the skies. 🐉 Talk about a plot twist!

This was the true final boss. The fight was epic, requiring all the skills I’d honed at the altars—dodging, positioning, and sustained DPS. Defeating it felt incredibly satisfying and officially concluded the ‘Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms’ questline.
Rewards & Final Thoughts
As the dragon fell, the rewards popped up:
-
🏆 New Trophy Unlocked: ‘The Wind Ends Here’
